TERATOMA.

A WELL DEFINED LARGE MINIMALLY ENHANCING MASS LESION IN THE RIGHT HEMITHORAX IN THE POSTERIOR ASPECT CAUSING MASS EFFECT OVER THE CARINA, RIGHT LOWER LOBE BRONCHUS CONTRIBUTING TO COLLAPSE AND MEDIASTINAL SHIFT TO THE OPPOSITE SIDE – ABOVE ARE SUGGESTIVE OF POSTERIOR MEDIASTINAL MASS SUCH AS TERATOMA.

EARLY IDIOPATHIC PULMONARY FIBROSIS

FINE RETRICULAR AREAS WITH GROUND GLASS OPACITIES PREDOMINANTLY IN THE RIGHT UPPER AND BILATERAL LOWER LOBES
*CYLINDRICAL BRONCHIECTASIS ON BOTH UPPER AND LOWER LOBES ,VARICOID TYPE OF BRONCHIECTASIS IN THE RIGHT MIDDLE LOBE
*BRONCHIOLECTASIS IN THE RIGHT UPPER LOBE
*HONEYCOMBING CHANGES IN THE SUBPLEURAL REGION ,PREDOMINANTLY IN THE LEFTLOWER LOBE.

ABOVE FEATURES ARE LIKELY SEEN IN :
NON SPECIFIC INTERSTITIAL PNEUMONIC PATTERN  / EARLY IDIOPATHIC PULMONARY FIBROSIS

NEUROGENIC TUMOUR/SARCOMA?? IN URINARY BLADDER

LARGE PRESACRAL SOLID MASS CAUSING MASSEFFECT OVER THE URINARY BLADDER (PUSHED ANTERIORLY),RECTUM IS SEEN POSTERIORLY .SUPERIORLY
MASS IS UPTO THE LEVEL OF THE L5 VERTEBRA AND INFERIOR TO COCCYX
.

--- NEUROGENIC TUMOUR/SARCOMA??

Bilateral hyperdense tracheo-bronchial nodes with central necrosis

Bilateral hyperdense tracheo-bronchial nodes with central necrosis , with
Spiculated margins and fibrotic strandings ,there is suggestion of
archiectectural distortion   Involving both upper lobes with volume loss.

ABOVE FEATURES ARE SEEN IN :D/D s
1.SARCOIDOSIS
2.TUBERCULOSIS.

RIGHT LOWER LIMB : Complete long segment block

RIGHT LOWER LIMB:
SFA:Complete long segment block of the mid- SFA with poor reformation with collaterals in the Tibio-peroneal trunk
Distalend of the posterior tibial artery few blocks
ATA : poor reformation with collaterals
DPA:Not visualised

OPTIC NERVE GLIOMA?

RIGHT ORBIT:
MINIMALLY ENHANCING IRREGULAR MASS LESION ALONG THE RIGHT OPTIC NERVE CAUSING  MASSEFFECT AND PROPTOSIS WITH ENLARGEMENT OF THE OPTIC CANAL THE LESION HAS BOTH EXTRAORBITAL AND INTRACRANIAL EXTENSION AND INVOLVES THE SUPRASELLAR CISTERN.

ABOVE FEATURES ARE IN KEEPING WITH OPTIC NERVE GLIOMA?

CEREBRAL SINUS VENOUS THROMBOSIS

DENSE POSTERIOR SAGITTAL SINUS,CONFLUENCE AND RIGHT TRANVERSE SINUS WITH FILLING DEFECTS
